When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact and project information you provide.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to review your project, contact you and provide consultation, quotation or delivery information. Enquiries pass through our hosting and email service providers.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and TikTok Pixel measure visits and enquiry conversions, including visits from advertising. They load only after you accept analytics. Lead events include only enquiry and contact-method categories, not your name, phone number, email, location or message. Google advertising personalisation remains disabled.
Live chat
The chat service is provided by tawk.to and loads only when you choose Chat with us. If you start a chat or leave a message, the details you provide are processed by tawk.to so we can respond to your enquiry. You can use the contact form instead.
Your choices
Choose necessary only or accept optional analytics. Use Privacy settings in the footer at any time. If you withdraw consent after accepting, this page reloads to stop the loaded tracking tools; unsent form entries will be cleared. The enquiry form remains available when analytics are declined.
